I stayed here about 2 years ago when visiting my daughter at Biola. The room and service was fine.... beware of leaving ANYTHING in your car! I left only a cell phone charger in the car and the car was broken into. There was one kind gentleman, a maintenance man, who helped me out by vacuuming the glass out of the car so I could drive it. This time I am going to try a different hotel.

My husband & son just came back from their visit of Biola. We *assumed* that, given it's a Holiday Inn (and we opted for "executive level") it would be of a good caliber. However, he ended up leaving QUITE a bit of feedback about the run-down, evident lack of maintenance (cleaning) - from visible dust and grime in the elevator to mysterious spots in the bedroom to obviously shoddy cleaning in the bathroom. We would rather travel to Anaheim to visit in lieu of experiencing less-than-optimal conditions just to be close to Biola the next time.

Our daughter is a freshman at Biola and we were looking for a convenient location to the university, value, comfort and great service. This hotel met all of our needs. The customer service was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. They were very accomodating and allowed us to check in a little early as a room was available. This was very important as we travelled a long way from Hawaii.

We loved this hotel when we brought our daughter here last August. Get the Biola discount, by all means. This spring, we booked too late. No rooms left with 2 queen beds. (We have four people total.) This time we're trying the one in Buena Park, near Knotts Berry Farm, a few more miles away...
