Not as great a deal as we thought!

My husband & I stayed here 2 nights for Biola Orientation in Aug. 2009. We were scheduled to stay a third night, but left a day early for the following reasons:
Upon arriving Thurs. night at 8:30 p.m. we noticed a big group of people in the parking lot who stared at us as we drove around to our room. We found out the hotel has a bar/disco at the front of the bldg & the group must have been waiting for it to open. I didn't feel very safe & it was not a good first impression.
The second night we were awakened from the alarm clock going off (which we never set), the phone ringing once (several times) & music playing through the walls. By 6 a.m. I'd had enough & told the front desk worker. She apologized & offered to have the room next door checked out, but nothing more.
This hotel is very old & somewhat clean, but needs to improve a lot.
We ended up moving to the Holiday Inn & we will most likely stay there from now on.

I booked the hotel from the budget perspective and was pleasantly surprise! The hotel was very presentable and parking for my RV was easy as the parking lot was BIG. Anyway, I will re-book this hotel upon my daughters graduation as it is convinient and the rate was GREAT!

WE stayed here last year and loved the location but the hotel needed some work. TO our suprise, the hotel has been renovated and it looks great both the inside and outside of the hotel. We had a great time as it seems like a resort in the middle of no where.
