Work-Life Certification Program
A new program that will equip Christians to be effective for Christ in the marketplace
Work-Life Certificate Program
The mission of the Work-Life Certificate Program at the Crowell School of Business is to equip Christians to be effective for Christ in the marketplace, with the School’s focus of “Business as Ministry” at the forefront.
Whether you lead a business unit, manage people or provide customer service, then this certificate program is for you. This program is designed to equip participants to integrate their faith into key areas of their work-life while communicating a concise understanding of the ever-changing relationship between Christianity and the business culture at large.

“I am very excited about the Work-Life Certificate Program because it grounds students in some important biblical truths about business being ministry and thus an arena of service to God and a way to advance His Kingdom. If we believe the notions that your work is your altar and view business as transformational service to God and the community, then this program is a key component in advancing those ideas and equipping leaders to transform their workplaces.”
Dr. Scott Rae, Professor
Talbot School of Theology at Biola University
