Summer Session

Summer Session on Campus:

The residential component for the MA Modular courses listed below takes place on Biola’s campus over two weeks in July.

Students who plan to attend the summer session will attend lectures that correspond with courses in which he or she was enrolled during the Spring term (Track One or Track Two):

Track One

  1. Ethics
  2. Scientific Apologetics
  3. Cultural Apologetics
  4. In Defense of the Resurrection
  5. Seminar: Selected Topics in Apologetics

Track Two

  1. Scripture: Authority, Canon and Criticism
  2. Essential Christian Doctrine I
  3. Essential Christian Doctrine II
  4. Philosophy of Religion
  5. Seminar: Selected Topics in Apologetics

Housing and Meals:

We have reserved a limited number of furnished university apartments for your use. We can accommodate singles, couples, and families for rates ranging from $135 to $630 per week. Campus housing will be available on a first-come basis for those who are registered for the modular program. Housing is also available at local hotels for reasonable rates. A variety of meal plan options for on-campus dining are also available. More specific information about housing and meals will be provided following Spring registration.
