Receiving a B.A. in English from the University of California at Riverside, Christie Curtis entered the profession of teaching to share her love for literature and the English language. Curtis holds a California elementary teaching credential in English/History and a secondary teaching credential in P.E., recreation, and dance. Utilizing her years of teaching experience, Professor Curtis co-authored four grammar and writing textbooks: Grammar and Writing 5, 6, 7, and 8. Professor Curtis recently received her master’s degree in grammar, writing, and curriculum from Biola University. Her love for English continues to grow as she teaches English 100 and English 110.
