For the 2007/08 academic year, the Conservatory of Music is again offering a great savings opportunity on tickets to the concert series in the form of a value pass. For only $65* you may purchase a pass which is good for 10 admissions (single individual at multiple events, or multiple individuals at separate events to the total of 10) to designated music events. All events count for 1 admission, except for Ann Schein and the Conservatory Christmas Concert, which count 2 each. For further information, call the Conservatory of Music office at (562) 903-4892.

Menahem Pressler, Piano
With Biola Symphony Orchestra
Friday May 9, 7:30 p.m.
Artist-in-Residence, Menahem Pressler, will once again bring his wealth of experience, both performing and teaching, to the Biola campus. Well-known and inspiring to piano students and chamber musicians around the world, he has been Artist-in-Residence at Biola since 1993. He will be performing with Biola’s Symphony Orchestra, Marlin Owen, conductor. Master classes will be conducted by Mr. Pressler on Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11.
