Graduate Grant
- Eligibility:
- Determined by financial need. Biola grant calculated on cost of tuition, room and board against other resources available to student; prorated per enrollment.
- Amount:
- Talbot and SICS - Up to $2,000 per year
- Rosemead - Up to $2,300 per year
- Others - Up to $1,800 per year
- Renewable:
- Yes, yearly according to need
- Deadline:
- Priority given to earliest applicants with completed financial aid requirements
- Application:
- FAFSA (online) (with Biola listed) - Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible for a FAFSA.
Once students complete FAFSA and submit all other paperwork requested by the Financial Aid Office, the Financial Aid Office will determine Graduate Grant eligibility. If eligible, the Financial Aid Office will contact the student.
International Student Aid Grant
- Eligibility:
- International student (non-U.S. citizen) with F1 visa
- Minimum academic standing of 70% / "C", Demonstrate approximately 75% of the educational costs by a sponsor
- Must complete application to the University by March 15
- Must be a full-time student during the academic year at Biola (12 or more units per semester for undergraduate students, 9 or more for graduate students)
- Amount:
- Up to $1,000 per year for graduate students
- Renewable:
- Must fill out a new application yearly
- Deadline:
- March 15, 2006
