This hotel recieves an A+ because of the comfort and friendly service. The jacussi was not warm enough and when I reported this to the manager an the front desk it was quickly fixed and I was able to enjoy the pool. Then he checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied. Our family stays at 4 to 5 star hotels and Sheraton, in Cerritos, has the luxury as many that we have stayed at before without the high cost. Their "heavenly beds" are true to their name. I stayed at another hotel on Biola's website and there is NO comparison. The Sheraton's quality wins!
