The Values Award program is your opportunity to recognize fellow employees who have demonstrated excellence in the workplace, modeling love, respect, integrity, diligence, creativity and awe of God. Nominations from the Biola community are reviewed by a selection committee and up to four awards are presented three times per year.
The nomination periods for the Values Awards are: January through April, May through August, and September through December.
Eligibility
- Employee in good standing
- 01 or 02 employment status (excluding instructional faculty)
- Full-time or part-time employee
- Only one recognition per employee per year

Selection Procedure
The selection committee will consist of volunteers from the Biola community under the direction of Human Resources. The committee will review all eligible nominations and select up to three recipients each quarter.
