Department of History, Government and Social Science

Biola University’s Department of History, Government and Social Science seeks adjuncts to teach courses in Asian History, Latin American History, European History, United States History, African History, Middle East History, Political Science, Economics, and Geography as they become available on a semester basis. Commitment to quality teaching, scholarly development and service expected.

Candidates must have Ph.D. and a record of continuing scholarly achievement and evidence of effective teaching. Successful candidates will teach lower and upper division undergraduate courses and the teaching load will be three to six units per semester. Candidates must demonstrate strong commitment to the Christian faith.
