MOL Adjunct Professors (Multiple)
Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MOL) Department
Biola University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MOL) program seeks adjunct professors to teach courses in Strategy, Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Ethics, Communication, Finance, Non-profit Leadership, and Research Methods as they become available on a semester basis. Commitment to quality teaching, scholarly development and service expected.
Candidates must have doctorate degree, familiarity with adult learning theory, familiarity with distance/online learning, and experience with teaching adult students. Strongly prefer candidates with "real world" experience in addition to academic credentials. Prefer candidates with experience teaching through case studies. The teaching load will be two to six units per semester. Candidates must demonstrate strong commitment to the Christian faith as outlined in Biola's doctrinal statement. Candidates interested in teaching online courses need not reside within driving distance of Biola.
