Gladys Chan has a B.A. from University of Toronto in History, an M.Div. from Tyndale Seminary in Christian Education, and a Ph.D. in Education from Talbot School of Theology. She has been involved in Christian higher education and theological education for over ten years, having had roles as Director of Communications, University Registrar and Associate Dean. Her experience includes overseeing enrollment management, institutional research; having a leadership role in curriculum redesign both in undergraduate studies and in a seminary; and functioning in the role of General Secretary of a university senate. Her passions are in the areas of curriculum design & assessment, and educational administration.
Prior to entering the field of higher education, Gladys served in pulpit and family ministries at local churches, was a retreat speaker for youth and college groups, was an educational consultant for parents with special needs children, and lectured in the area of autism.
