Last day to claim Housing DepositsIf your student reserved a room in Campus Housing and has decided to not return to or attend Biola, he or she must contact the Housing Office in writing to receive the refund. If your student has signed a Housing Contract and wishes to cancel their contract the Student must appeal to the Residence Exception Committee. Students should not make any other housing arrangements prior to final decision from the REC. Each case is decided upon individually.
Failure to give written notice of cancellation by the date above will result in forfeiture of the Housing Reservation Depost.

New Students Move In - beginning at 9:00 AM, please do not make arrangements for students to arrive earlier that the 21st, unless your student has been designated as an “early arrival” through athletics, Torrey, or another special group. Arrangements must be made in advance through the Housing Office.

Interterm Housing Application Deadline

All halls close at 10:00pm. All students are expected to check out of their halls within 24 hours after their last exam. Apartments are open during the Christmas break. Residents pay an additional fee if they choose to stay in the apartments during the break.

Interterm housing is available for Spring residents only. Students must sign up for interterm housing through their BSI account. There is no additional cost for interterm for housing if registered for the spring semester. Semester meal plans are not active during this time. Students may purchase a meal plan or points if they so desire, meal plans for interterm begin January 3rd. Check in between 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. on January 2nd or 3rd.

Halls Close at 6:00 pm. Graduating Seniors and students staying for summer housing must check out by 10am, Sunday, May 30.

Summer Housing Check-in 10:00 a.m. Students will need to sign up for summer housing with the Housing Office. There is an additional fee for summer housing. All halls and apartments are closed for the summer with the exception of one designated hall for summer housing. Students may sign up for a meal plan or points.
