Li Apartments
Quick Facts
Built in 1990, the Li Apartment Building is part of what is known as 'The Bluff,' which also includes Thompson Hall and the Li apartment building. Li is designed for undergrad students who have accumulated 60 units by the first day of fall classes. It is staffed by a graduate assistant.

About Li Apartments
Located across the bridge from main campus on the “Bluff,” Li apartments provide the off-campus living experience with on-campus convenience. Its 15 two-bedroom apartments house four residents each. Each of the three floors have individual laundry rooms and elevator access, and share an open-aired patio on the first floor with patio tables and two barbecues.

Graduate Assistant
My name is Alvin Du, and I am the Graduate Assistant for Li and Welch. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible, Theology, and Ministry from Biola University. I am currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Talbot School of Theology with the goal of becoming a youth pastor. My passion lies in nurturing and guiding the spiritual development of youth and young adults. I believe in fostering an environment where they can explore their faith and discover God’s purpose for their lives. I have a cat named Cara. I enjoy swimming at Splash. I am also an EMT.
