I've Been Accepted! What's Next?

Congratulations on your acceptance to Biola! In order to confirm your place at Biola University for next semester, please submit each of the items requested below by its appropriate deadline.

Steps to Complete

Due by May 1st

  1. Submit a deposit $300 enrollment deposit and a housing deposit of $250 if you plan to live on campus. You can include both deposits on a single check made out to Biola Univeristy. Please mail your deposit to the address below by May 1st.

  2. If you plan to live on campus, you must submit a housing card.

  3. Submit an Academic Profile.
    To register for classes, you must first fill out an Academic Advising profile. On this form you will indicate your major (if you have selected one), which will assist the Office of Academic Advising in preparing a class schedule for you. If you fill this out by May 1st you will receive your class schedule by July 15th.

  4. Signed Academic Contract if this was included with your acceptance packet.

Due Prior to Registration

  1. Request official final transcripts to be sent from your high school or institution upon the completion of the semester or graduation.

    Note: Homeschool students and international students have special instructions for high school transcripts.

  2. Submit a health form. You can mail in this form or submit it at Registration.

Academic Profile: You must complete this online form in order to receive a schedule of classes for the fall semester. On the profile, you will indicate your major, extracurricular commitments, Advanced Placement exams, and any credits you intend to transfer to Biola. Students who submit their profile by May 1st can expect to receive their class schedule in mid-July.

Health Form: All new, returning, and continuing students with seven or more units are required to have a physical exam record on file. If your record is not on file at the time of registration, you will not be permitted to complete registration for classes. The exam should be completed by your primary physician; otherwise, you may schedule an appointment with a physician at the Student Health Center (exam fee $55). Call (562) 903-4841 for an appointment.

$300 Enrollment Deposit: This deposit confirms your place for the next term and is non-refundable after the deposit deadline. If you are accepted after the deposit deadline, your deposit is due immediately after you receive notification of your acceptance.

$250 Housing Deposit / Housing Card: If you wish to be considered for on-campus housing you must submit the housing card and your $250 housing deposit by mail. The housing deposit is nonrefundable after July 1.
