The Centennial Legacy Gala drew 600 guests to the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles on a rainy Saturday evening, February 23.

The Biltmore, beautifully adorned with chandeliers and gold ceilings, was the perfect setting for Biola's 100th anniversary gala. Only blocks away from Biola's original founding place on Hope and Sixth Street, many recalled visiting the Biltmore in the ’50s. It was a time for reminiscing, as guests toured the Decade Walk hosted by the Alumni Association. Artifacts, photos, and mementos lined the Crystal Ballroom representing 100 years of Biola's history.

The evening's program was full of exciting performances and inspiring words. The evening featured special performances by Katie Van Kooten and the Conservatory of Music faculty. The Legacy Awards were given to Dr. J Richard Chase, and Harold Camp, and Alumnus, Senator John Thune.
