Perhaps the most prominent figure in history may also be the most questioned. Jesus of Nazareth is known for his radical lifestyle and out of this world claims. In an attempt to clear up confusion about Jesus, on whether he was simply a man or truly the Son of God, scholars are providing evidence to clarify who Jesus really was.
Day of Discovery, the oldest running Christian broadcast in U.S. television history is re-airing its series, “Jesus: Man, Messiah, or More?” The television show features Michael J. Wilkins, Biola University professor of New Testament and dean of faculty for Talbot School of Theology.
The television show airs on Ion TV Sundays at 7:30 a.m. Listings of local station air times can be found by visiting www.dod.org. The television series will address areas such as The Last Supper, The Crucifixion, and the Resurrection. Wilkins gave insight into these areas and questions about Jesus’ claims of being the Son of God and the Messiah.
