On Saturday, April 16th, President Barry H. Corey greeted President Circle members on campus for the Annual PC Appreciation Dinner. President’s Circle members are a group of faithful friends and alumni, who stand beside President Corey and support the University through their giving, prayer, and volunteerism. For this year’s appreciation dinner, President’s Circle members were treated to a spectacular dining experience under the stars in the Giumarra Courtyard. Guests dined on a leisurely four course meal, while listening to the soft music of harpist Evelyn from the Conservatory of Music.
This year’s special guest speaker was Dr. Tim Muehlhoff, Associate Professor of Communications. Dr. Muehlhoff gave an inspiring message that not only informed the audience on how we can further engage society as Christians with our communication, but also how to enhance communication within our families and marriages. Three of Dr. Muehlhoff’s current students, April Smith, Casey Glass, Lindsay Dietzen, shared about how they have learned to integrate biblical theology into their Communication major. Their testimony was a powerful example of how Biola encourages biblical integration into every disciple taught throughout the campus.
President Circle members are invited to events like the Annual Appreciation Dinner and other exclusive opportunities throughout the year. They are a group of generous donors who give $1200 or more to the Biola Fund each year.
