Studying in the Talbot School of Theology-Kyiv Extension helped me to form good theological foundations for ministry. It also helped me to develop my own analytical skills for those times when I need to conduct research. One result of such research was recently published in the well-known Slavic theological journal, "God Thoughts." I plan to continue to produce similar publications. Additionally, Talbot’s training has enabled me to critically evaluate the work of other authors. All of this greatly assists me both in our growing church ministry, but especially in my seminary work.

President of Kyiv Theological Seminary Minister at Transformation Church
My education in the biblical and theological studies program of Talbot’s Kyiv Extension has taught me to more deeply understand and analyze the contemporary challenges and questions faced in church ministry. Studying Scripture, historical theology and practical ministry, I’ve gained the ability to see the work of God in our modern world and the importance of the proclamation of Jesus Christ. My relationship with God has grown stronger and deeper because every Talbot course motivates the student in their personal walk with the Lord, particularly by taking them through spiritual formation processes of prayer and Scripture meditation. This is exactly what’s needed for today’s ministers, leaders and teachers of biblical truth at every level.

Cross-Cultural Church Planter to Unreached People Groups
Talbot has significantly broadened my understanding of theology and the Bible. I use these new tools to clarify the path of salvation and holiness through Jesus Christ to those of other people groups and religions. When I lead Bible studies, I show the presentations that I create for my classes. Thanks to the intense study of the Bible that Talbot demands, I have the ability to converse with vehement opponents of the gospel with assurance. Many people receive explanations and answers to their questions, which no one has been able to answer for them before. I am immeasurably grateful to God and his faithful servants at Talbot for the wonderful opportunity to know God and his Word more deeply.

Youth Ministry Program Director at Kyiv Theological Seminary Preacher
Home Leader & Youth Discipler at Irpin Bible Church
In our growing church, we have a huge need for prepared and dedicated ministers who can make disciples and who can teach the church to live according to biblical truth. Studying at Talbot helps me grow spiritually and develop professionally as a teacher and preacher. I’ve become more attentive in interpreting Scripture and more careful as I develop ideas. God has also been working on my character through my studies at Talbot. Stability, patience, humility and consistency are just a few of the internal qualities that the Lord is working on in me. And many of the informal aspects of study, like conversations with professors, have also had a huge influence on my life.
