At Biola, we define first-generation as someone who neither parent nor guardian has obtained a bachelor's degree at Biola. We value and celebrate the first-generation college student and graduate experience on our campus! For this reason, this FirstGen faculty and staff group has been created to spotlight the first-generation faculty and staff voices on our campus.
