Environmental Systems provides maintenance support for the daily operations of the HVAC and electrical infrastructure for the University. They also maintain the Central Plant, a cogeneration facility providing electrical, cooling and heating needs for most Campus buildings.

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Summer Hours
Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
Offices are closed on observed holidays.
For requesting HVAC maintenance services or for notification of needed repairs, please contact us by using the Facilities Management Work Request Form or calling the Dispatch Office of Facilities Management at extension 4898.
