What We Do

The IT Service Desk (also known as the Tech Commons), located on the middle level of the Biola library, provides in-person technical services and support to students, staff, and faculty. Phone, email, and remote support assistance is also available through IT Helpdesk Appointments.

    Services We Offer

    Technical Services and Support

    The IT Service Desk supports most Biola technology like computers, wireless networking, Google applications, printing, and more. Staff and faculty that need assistance with their Biola owned computers can bring them to IT Service Desk.


    Biola ID Card Services

    The IT Service Desk provides support and services for Biola's the digital and physical Biola ID Cards.


    Computers in the Library

    The Windows and Mac desktop computers in the Library are available for staff, faculty, students, and alumni to use. Computers in the library have a host of software applications installed to support learning, teaching, and research.


    Print, Copy, and Scan

    We're here to help you print, copy, and scan. Prices are 15 cents per page for black and white and 60 cents per page for color. For more information, visit Biola's Wepa print and copy page.
