Michael Rodriguez brings over 30 years of experience as a cross-functional executive leader in fast-growth, complex and high-energy environments, with a strong financial and operational acumen in both public and private companies. He serves as chief financial officer for Magnolia, a Waco, TX-based media and consumer brand with varied business interests in the retail, real estate, restaurant, publications, and production. During the previous 15 years, he served in life sciences, medical technology and diagnostics companies, as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Prior, he led the financial functions of several technology and services businesses in human capital management, online entertainment ticketing, and healthcare information technology. He’s led teams across virtually every business function, conducted multiple mergers and acquisitions, raised hundreds of millions of dollars in capital, and helped create organizations centered on servant leadership principles. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. Michael has been married to his wife, Helen for 25 years, and they have two children who both attend Baylor University.
