Ingredients:
4 medium honeycrisp apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oats
1/4 cup melted vegan butter
1/4 cup reg/gluten free flour
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Begin by dicing the apples and then tossing them in a bowl with 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour the apples into a 9x11 baking dish and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, melted vegan butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and all purpose flour together until a crumble forms. Pour the crumble evenly over the apples. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Enjoy warm!
