Join us for an investigation and analysis of archeology relevant to the Bible, from the time of the Patriarchs through the early Church. While utilizing material from ancient texts, artifacts, and archeological sites related to people, places, and events in the Bible, attendees will also receive information on archeological methodology and material culture of the ancient world. The goal of this lecture is to familiarize you with the archeology of the ancient Near East, Egypt, and Mediterranean regions, and to examine data that illuminates and corroborates related Biblical texts.
