Speakers
Treneé McGee
Treneé is a powerful voice of her generation, serving as a speaker, advocate and artist to the nation and abroad. An advocate in areas of racial equality, education, arts exploration and Whole-life solutions. She earned a BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College and a certificate from The Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy.
Treneé's passion for the arts began at age 3 when she booked tv commercials all over the world. In 2020, she established her own production company, TDM Productions & Acting Studio for new artists, in pursuit of their passion for the arts. After serving as the youngest person on her town’s council, in December 2021, Treneé became the Youngest Black Woman elected to the Connecticut General Assembly, representing The 116th District. Trenee' is dedicated to the holistic wellbeing of women and families as a Whole Life advocate.
In 2021, Trenee' joined the Board of Pro-Black, Pro-Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to 'engaging conversations within the black community regarding the issues of life.' She is a member of Dems for life! One of her favorite quotes is: “If not us, then who? If not now, then when?” (John Lewis)
