Family and friends of current Biola students are invited to attend Family Weekend 2024.
We've planned fun events for families and students to spend intentional time together. Enjoy activities on Biola's campus and explore the surrounding Los Angeles area! Events are optional as this weekend is designed for you to create memories with your students.
We can't wait to see you!
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday, October 25
4:00 - 5:30 p.m. | Check-In
Come say hello and ask us questions! Biola staff will be outside the Cafe to greet you.
5:00 - 6:45 p.m. | BIOLA WELCOME HOUR
Dinner in the Cafe
Enjoy a classic dinner in Biola’s Cafe with your student and make sure to get a cone with your student's favorite...Dole Whip. Families will stay in the cafe or take it to-go and grab a seat on Metzger Lawn. Payment will be taken directly from Cafe staff.
Please note: Biola students can use their ID card/meal plan.
7:00-9:00 p.m. | PUNK-N-PIE STUDENT TALENT SHOW
Watch Biola students show off their skills at our annual talent show and enjoy free pumpkin pie after the show. Bring your own blankets or chairs to enjoy the show.
Saturday, October 26
All-day activities:
9:30 a.m. | PRAISE, PANCAKES & POP-TARTS
Location: Ethel Lee Auditorium
Join us for a time of worship with other Biola families and students and President Corey, and enjoy a light breakfast immediately following.
11:00 - 11:45 a.m. | CAMPUS VISIT-FREE TIME
Journey through some of Biola’s schools and experience hands-on activities. No registration is required.

Student Union Building Tour
12 p.m. | EAGLES BBQ ON THE LAWN
Location: Metzger Lawn
Enjoy a casual lunch with your student and family and experience some of Biola students’ favorite lawn games and a round of BIOLA Bingo! Have your QR ready to scan.
Cost: Register by Monday, October 21. We are sold out, but you are welcome to purchase lunch at one of the eateries and join us on the lawn!

7:30 p.m. PRISM Concert | Ticketed Event
Created in 1992, the annual PRISM Concert has become an integral component of our fall concert series, offering guests a wonderful glimpse into the spectrum of talent housed in the Conservatory of Music. Ensembles large and small, as well as student soloists, unite in a program demonstrating musical and artistic excellence and great spirit.
This concert sells out quickly, so purchase your Tickets in advance!
