The Mental Health & the Church Initiative at Biola University would like to invite you to their upcoming workshop Flourishing in Ministry: Tending to Your Life Amidst Turbulent Times.

This workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 24th, from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M., in the Andrews Banquet Room at Biola University. It will be led by Dr. Chris Adams, the Executive Director of the Mental Health & the Church Initiative. There will also be an optional University Tour at 1:30PM.

It is a time of personal development and renewal. Understanding that ministry leaders are facing many challenges in this season, this event will pour into you and your well-being.

This workshop will provide you with:

  • The latest scientific research on Flourishing in Ministry

  • Practical tips to enhance your wellbeing

  • A web-based Flourishing in Ministry Assessment to evaluate your current level of flourishing

  • Training in basic coaching skills to facilitate wellbeing conversations with yourself and others

You will also receive a plated lunch and several practical resources to sustain yourself in your ministry.
