Admissions Operations Unit at Biola

The Admissions Operations Department manages the admission process for all applications to Biola University each admission cycle. Admissions Operations is responsible for the Admissions CRM Recruit (Customer Relationship Management system) and the functional use of Banner (University ERP) and Perceptive Content (File Imaging System) for University Enrollment, as well as for staff and faculty in the admissions process.

Admissions Operations serves all of the admissions areas, including Traditional Undergraduate (TUG), International Admissions, Graduate and Online Bachelor’s Admissions. This includes the management of admissions processes at all program levels, the production of enrollment reports to inform the university’s strategic decisions, the processing of all documents and supplemental items in the admissions process, and the handling of all incoming as well as prospective student data.
