Event Services offers a wide range of equipment that is available for use at events that require our support. From a simple table and chair setup, to complex audio, video and lighting setups supporting 2000+ attendees, we’re proud to offer a large scope of services to ensure the success of your event!

Indoor Venues

All Event Services’ managed venues include speaker systems that are capable and tuned for the best in intelligible speech and a wide-range of musical uses.

Outdoor Venues

Event Services owns a wide range of portable audio equipment that will be deployed based on event requirements. From small Portable PA systems with a podium microphone and music playback input; to large line array speaker systems with multi-console digital audio networks, Event Services has the ability to provide audio services from our in-house inventory for almost any event’s needs. Please contact us with any questions regarding audio systems for your upcoming event.

Equipment Owned

Examples include d&b audiotechnik installed and portable speaker systems, DiGiCo SD Series and Soundcraft Si digital audio consoles, Shure and Sennheiser wireless microphones.

Indoor & Outdoor Venues

Event Services owns a wide range of video equipment that will be deployed based on event requirements. From small projectors and pop-up projection screens for an intimate movie screening; to high-end large venue projectors driven by HD-SDI video switchers, Event Services has the ability to provide video services from our in-house inventory for almost any event’s needs. We also have the capability to partner with nearby rental vendors to provide LED walls for large events. In cooperation with Biola’s EMC Video Production studio, the ability for multiple camera video shoots for IMAG, isolated recordings, live web streams and TV broadcasts exists for your event’s content. From basic light trees to provide area lighting; to the latest in LED and intelligent moving light fixtures, Event Services has the ability to provide lighting services from our in-house inventory for almost any event’s needs. We also have the capability to partner with nearby rental vendors to provide extra lighting equipment for large events that require a unique flair.
