We have two houses in the community that are offered - Four bedrooms and three bathrooms available for five residents. These homes are furnished. These houses create a close knit community where stronger bonds are built; giving you a great Biola experience off campus as well.

About Our Off-campus Houses

Located right across the street from campus, each house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a garage – including a dishwasher. The houses also have beautiful backyards to host social gatherings, outdoor seating, and a laundry machine.
