Library Access

Overview

All library users 18 years of age or older must have a current Biola ID, Alumni ID, Reciprocal Borrowing Card or One-Day Pass for entrance. Library entrance and borrowing privileges are determined by the account type. See options below.

One-Day Pass

Library users at least 18 years of age may obtain a One-Day Pass at the Reception Desk. Photo ID is required. The pass expires at the end of the day and does not include borrowing privileges. A maximum of three passes per calendar year may be issued.

Children

Children (ages 13-17) of current Biola students, staff, and faculty may use the library independently, provided they are checked in by the Biola member at the Reception Desk. Biola ID is required. All other children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times while using the library. Parents and guardians are responsible to ensure the children abide by the Library Code of Conduct. Library staff may inquire about the age of a child at the library entrance.
