About the Course
Offered in both spring and fall terms, our Strategies for Academic & Personal Success (SAPS) course is designed to provide tools and techniques for students seeking support and development for healthy life balance and collegiate success. Topics discussed include test-taking strategies, strengths-based living, the importance of healthy sleep patterns, effective time-management, habit forming/breaking, the art of being present and learning style.

- Want to sharpen their academic skills and learn about their strengths.
- Are struggling with time management or work/play balance.
- Would like more instruction on how to study
- Feel ill-equipped or overwhelmed at college and desire more tools to succeed
- Desire to be more present and productive but aren’t sure how to do that
- Are struggling academically and need help identifying their learning style.
